In 1964 the larger building was put up and the legacy of Steaks, Tex-Mex,  Italian entrees, and the coldest mugs of beer anywhere around began. The  restaurant has gone through only three families in fifty years. The  present owners Alan and Bonnie Petsche rebuilt the original 1964  building between 2012 and 2014. The only part of the original building  that could be saved were the exterior walls. The challenge began on the  reverse engineering of the new building and ran into several road blocks  but the persistence to get the job done and done correctly prevailed.
